What to know before you buy

Print Order Policy

Print editions are fulfilled through an external bookstore partner.

When you purchase a print copy, you will be redirected to complete your order through that partner’s secure checkout system. All payment processing, shipping, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment are handled directly by them.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location.

Returns, exchanges, or damaged item claims must be addressed through the bookstore where your order was placed, according to their policies.

Digital Download Policy

All digital purchases are delivered electronically.

After purchase, you will receive access to download your file(s). Please download and save your copy within 7 days of purchase, as download access will expire after that time.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased files is not permitted.

Merch & Accessories Policy

All merchandise is printed and fulfilled on demand through Printful. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

Because all items are custom printed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at dlovellbooks@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will initiate the exchange process on your behalf.
